NORD COMBAT PROVIDES A COMBINATION OF ONLINE COURSES AND IN-PERSON TRAINING FOR YOUR COMBAT DEVELOPMENT AND CERTIFICATION.
ONLINE COURSES
Online courses are designed to cover the theoretical aspects of combat techniques so in-person training can focus entirely on practical skills.
The following courses are currently offered as part of certification programs and in addition to in-person training:
This online course teaches you foundational skills of Glíma, Viking grappling, and immediately applicable hand-to-hand combat skills for use in modern warfare and self-defense. Completion of this course makes you eligible for Certification.
This online course builds upon fundamental Glíma skills, and develops your combative abilities to be more effective and in more situations. Begins development of weapon and environmental skills. Completion of this course makes you eligible for Certification.
Glíma Level 3 (Fighter/Instructor)
This online course develops advanced fundamentals of Glíma and takes your combative abilities to the extreme. Develops a wide range of weapon and counter-weapon skills. Completion of this course makes you eligible for Certification.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
In-person training provides intensive development of practical skills.
NORD COMBAT offers several courses as part of certification programs.
In addition, private training may be arranged in most countries for a flat rate of $100 per hour, plus expenses. Contact us for more information.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
