Striking, Advanced Grappling

To ease universal understanding and avoid confusion, we use most commonly recognized names for techniques where available, typically English or Japanese, rather strictly using Old Norse.

This way, you can learn most effectively, adapt any prior knowledge, and cross-train more effectively.
